For me, one of the most enjoyable aspects of creating a song is writing the lyrics. Unfortunately, I have not been blessed with a pleasant singing voice and therefore realised that if people were to hear my songs in full, I would need to find an alternative. I decided to explore VSTi vocal instruments and consequently created three new virtual singers. I thought of them as vocal artists, developed their personas and gave them stage names: meet Volcano Lloyd, Tasmin Mello, and Issie Svelte. My intention was not to diminish the unique sound of a human professional singer but rather to allow people to hear how my music and lyrics might come together in a completed song. To hear them sing, please go to my Music page.
