Cupid's Arrow

I am pleased to announce that my song Cupid's Arrow has been released. To listen to the song free of charge please go to my Music page.

The song is the first to appear here from my forthcoming album Essence, where it occupies the penultimate track position. It is a song of melancholy as the singer expresses his angst after the breakup of his first love affair. A male lead sings the verses and a female voice gives advice in the chorus.

The song was created using VSTi instruments, including lead guitar, bass guitar, piano, saxophone, drums, percussion and voice. The lyrics were influenced by a real event during my young adult period and reflect how I was feeling at the time. I have none-the-less immensely enjoyed reminiscing that period of my life and creating the song.
